As an incentive for being a top performing oND affiliate, you can make even more money with an additional 3% quarterly bonus, if your referral sales for that quarter meet or surpass $50,000.

Digital River's determination of your eligibility to participate in the oneNetworkDirect Quarterly Bonus Program, and your eligibility for a Quarterly Bonus in any given calendar quarter, shall be in Digital River's sole determination and shall be final. You will be eligible to receive only the highest Quarterly Bonus for which you qualify in a given calendar quarter, except as otherwise determined by Digital River in its sole discretion. The Bonus is calculated as a percentage of the total gross sales (excluding sales that occur on the Microsoft® Store) accrued by you during that calendar quarter, less chargebacks and returns. "Referral sales" shall be calculated as the sales price of products through a referral sale generated by your participation in an eligible oneNetworkDirect program, excluding taxes, shipping and handling, and other fees, and less returns and chargebacks. Bonus eligibility is determined following the end of each calendar quarter ending March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of each calendar year. All bonuses are paid quarterly. All Quarterly Bonus payments are the sole responsibility of Digital River, and are separate from any commissions due to you by the publisher(s) with whom you enter into programs through the oneNetworkDirect affiliate network. Digital River reserves the right to restrict qualifying products or terminate the oneNetworkDirect Quarterly Bonus program at any time without notice to you.

Digital River may, at its sole and reasonable discretion, withhold bonuses for any reason including suspected fraudulent orders, unethical business practices, etc.
